Green Team Featured in "The Parkviewer"!

In the newly published issue of "The Parkviewer" the Green Team was the feature article. The article explains to students the new trend of "going green", it also offers up explanations of how the Green Team got started, and what it is we do. They also gave tips so the student body could "go green" themselves. The tips they gave are:

  • Adopt an animal, stream, or street.
  • Avoid fast food.
  • Grow a garden.
  • Keep the car at home or carpool.
  • Use recycled paper.
  • Intervene when you see someone littering, or throwing away something that can be recycled.
These are some great tips that we all can use! Be sure to check out the article whenever you can!
